Project 2: Retail: Scan & go feature
honestbee will be launching their first physical store soon. Me & my teammate was assigned to design a online to offline experience for the store. Specifically the Scan & go feature.
To make quick checkout as simple and easy as possible. The aim is to try to do as much with as little screen involved. Make sure users are aware of the business requirements limitations eg: 10 items maximum.
Play role the scene on site to visualize how the user would use the app and the obstacles they may have as a user. Note them down and go back to the drawing board. Brainstorm with team and sync up our findings with the other teams so our features would sync up nicely as one package.
